WisDOT requires 2 front plates. Every time the legislature suggests going to one plate, the Wisconsin Sherriff’s Association (among other police groups) go into full attack mode and shout it down.

Ugh. I used to be staff for an anime con, and we’d get furries dryhumping during the rave. Naturally people would complain, mostly about the smell. Then when I threaten to take a garden hose to them suddenly I’m the bad guy who’s intolerant of others.
